Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine sliced okra and buttermilk. Toss to coat evenly.
In another bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, and black pepper.
Dredge the okra pieces in the cornmeal mixture until well-coated.
Place the coated okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
