Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken pieces, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and milk.
Stir in shredded cheese and mixed vegetables until everything is well mixed.
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle black pepper over the top for flavor.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
