Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
Add in the tofu, noodles, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Toss everything to combine.
Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to heat through and meld flavors.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing.
