Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Serve with a side of green salad for a complete meal. Consider adding diced bell peppers for extra flavor!
