Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender.
Add minced garlic, ground lamb, cumin, coriander, and chili flakes. Cook until the lamb is browned.
Stir in chopped spinach and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly before adding feta cheese.
Place a portion of the lamb mixture onto each flatbread and fold to enclose the filling.
Cook the filled flatbreads on a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Notes
Serve with yogurt or salad on the side for a complete meal.
