Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the parmesan cheese until smooth.
Add dried herbs, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, drizzling with additional cheese if desired.
