Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
Pour in the heavy cream, then gradually stir in the Parmesan until melted and combined.
Stir in the uncooked pasta and chopped spinach, mixing well.
Transfer everything into a baking dish. Top with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
