Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, black beans, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
Pour in the heavy cream and half of the pepper jack cheese, stirring until everything is well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese evenly over the bake.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For added flavor, top with fresh cilantro before serving. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
