Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onions to the pot and sauté until they're softened.
Stir in beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Reduce heat and mix in Velveeta cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.
