Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil water in a large pot and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the chopped scallions and sauté until crispy, about 3–4 minutes.
Drain the noodles and toss them into the saucepan with scallions.
Pour in the soy sauce and crushed red pepper and mix well.
Serve hot, garnished with additional scallions if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add sesame seeds or peanuts as a topping.
