Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until browned. Let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and browned butter until combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the salted caramel bits.
Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
