Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar for the topping.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
