A decadent layered treat with a fudgy brownie base, creamy cookies-and-cream layer, silky chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping crowned with crushed Oreos. Perfect for potlucks and parties.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 13x9-inch baking pan.
Prepare brownie batter: In a bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until just combined. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely in the pan.
Make the cream layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 8.0 ounce of the whipped topping until creamy.
Stir in about 15.0 crushed Oreo cookies. Spread the mixture over the cooled brownie layer.
Prepare pudding: Whisk instant chocolate pudding mixes with cold milk for 2 minutes, then let stand 5 minutes to thicken. Spread over the cream layer.
Top with remaining 8.0 ounce whipped topping. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo cookies over the top.
Chill for at least 2 hours to set. Cut into 16 squares and serve cold.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill longer and wipe the knife between cuts. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can swap chocolate pudding for cookies-and-cream pudding for extra Oreo flavor.
