Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, crumbled tofu, and chopped green onions.
Stir in flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place the patties in the basket in a single layer and lightly brush the tops with more oil.
Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot with a dipping sauce; adding lime juice will give a refreshing flavor.
