Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Pour in the milk and melted butter, then mix until smooth.
In a saucepan, mix together the golden syrup and water. Heat over medium heat until combined.
Spoon small dollops of the dumpling mixture into the syrup, spacing them evenly.
