Preparation Steps
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add ground pork to the pan, cooking thoroughly until browned.
Mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, and peanut butter until well combined.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything until evenly coated.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
