Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat.
Stir until melted and the mixture is bubbling, about 5 minutes.
Add sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until fully incorporated.
Pour in Fireball whiskey while continuing to stir. Cook until it reaches a soft ball stage (235°F).
Once cooked, pour the mixture into a greased pan and allow it to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For added flair, sprinkle sea salt on top before it sets. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate!
