Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the radishes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until they are tender and slightly crispy, shaking halfway through.
Once cooked, sprinkle the radishes with grated Parmesan and toss gently until evenly coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with grilled meats or as a healthy snack. For added flavor, try using garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
