Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips, seasoning with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the beef broth, paprika, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Once the beef is tender, reduce heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles. Enjoy your meal!
