Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add in the spices, baking soda, and sifted flour gradually until combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and roll them in sugar.
Place them on a baking sheet and use your thumb to create an indent in the center of each cookie.
