Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the skillet; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the ground turkey, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
Mix in garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
In a separate pot, combine quinoa and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then simmer until quinoa is fluffy, about 15 minutes.
Combine the turkey mixture with the cooked quinoa, mixing thoroughly.
Serve warm or divide into meal prep containers.
