Instructions
Preparation Steps
Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender jar.
Add spinach, banana, pineapple, chia seeds, and ice.
Blend on low to start, then increase to high until smooth and creamy, about 45 to 60 seconds.
Taste and blend in honey if desired. Adjust consistency with more milk to thin or a few ice cubes to thicken.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt for a dairy-free yogurt or an extra 0.25 cups almond milk. Add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness.
