Instructions
Preparation Steps
Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' and add olive oil. Sauté onion until soft, about 3 minutes.
Stir in garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional minute.
Add chicken, white beans, chicken broth, and corn. Stir well.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Release pressure manually and open the lid. Stir in heavy cream.
Serve hot and enjoy with toppings of your choice.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime juice!
