Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add arborio rice and cook, stirring frequently, until the grains are slightly translucent.
Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer until absorbed.
Gradually stir in the chicken broth, one cup at a time, allowing the rice to absorb it before adding more.
Once the rice is tender and creamy, remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
Notes
Serve hot and sprinkle with fresh herbs for added flavor!
