Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey. Stir until smooth.
Add lemon juice and zest to the mixture and blend well.
Gently fold in the crushed raspberries, being careful not to break them too much.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
Freezer for at least 3 hours or until solid. Enjoy frozen or slightly thawed.
Notes
