Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly mixed.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice until well combined.
Fold in whipped topping into the pumpkin mixture gently.
Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with chopped nuts or drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
