Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil water in a large pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Crack in the eggs and cook until desired doneness.
Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the eggs. Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything well to combine.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
