Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil water in a large pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
In a separate saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth and stir well.
Once the broth is hot, incorporate mixed vegetables.
Draining the noodles, add them to the broth mixture.
Soft-boil the eggs by cooking them in simmering water for 6-7 minutes, then peel and halve.
Serve the ramen hot, topped with soft-boiled eggs.
Notes
Add chili flakes for heat or garnish with green onions for extra flavor.
