Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
Spread the raspberry jam over the crust evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top of the jam.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
