For cooking the burgers.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season each side.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browning occurs.
Place cheese on top of patties in the last minute of cooking to melt.
Transfer patties to tortillas and top with sautéed onions.
Fold the tortillas in half and return to the skillet to toast both sides.
Slice quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapeños or avocado. Serve with salsa for dipping!
