Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into small patties.
Dust each patty lightly with flour.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Fry the patties in batches until golden brown, for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
