Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Mix well, then form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven until cooked through.
While meatballs bake, cook tortellini according to package instructions.
Serve meatballs over tortellini with sauce.
