Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced onion, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, and thyme.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties or meatballs.
Place the patties or meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of mixed greens or on a bun as a turkey burger. Optionally, add cheese or avocado for extra flavor!
