Instructions
Preparation Steps
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, around 3-4 minutes.
Add broccoli and bell peppers; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and red pepper flakes; mix well.
Serve over cooked rice, garnishing as you prefer.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
