Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Stretch the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Place the brie in the center and cover it with fig jam.
Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it tightly, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
Notes
Serve with crackers or sliced baguette. Try adding nuts for extra crunch!
