Preparation Steps
In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a bit of olive oil over medium heat until softened.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning, then let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the turkey mixture, combining well.
Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
