Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat completely with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and glazed.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Try adding a dash of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
