Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
Pour the honey balsamic mixture over the chicken and simmer for 15 minutes.
In the last 5 minutes, add mixed vegetables into the skillet.
Once cooked through, remove from heat and serve warm.
