Instructions
Preparation Steps
Start by boiling a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add minced garlic and ground meat to the skillet; cook until the meat is fully browned.
Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the meat sauce in the skillet.
Top the pasta with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover and let it cook for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle fresh basil leaves before serving. Pair with garlic bread for a complete meal.
