Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss the chicken thoroughly until it's evenly coated.
Place the seasoned chicken in a large baking dish and surround with mixed vegetables.

Notes
