Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
Sear chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden.
Remove chicken and set aside; sauté onion and garlic in the same pan.
Add heavy cream and thyme to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 25 minutes, ensuring chicken is cooked through.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
