Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder and black pepper.
Add soy sauce and olive oil to the beef mixture; combine well.
Form the beef mixture into four patties.
Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil.
Place a beef patty on each piece of foil, then top with mushrooms and a slice of Swiss cheese.
Fold the foil packets tightly to seal them.
Place the packets on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes.
Carefully open the packets and enjoy while hot.
Notes
For a twist, add some sautéed onions or fresh herbs before sealing the packets.
