Preparation Steps
Start by mixing the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat until sizzling.
Add the turkey medallions to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Stir in the orange sauce mixture and let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then stir it into the sauce to enhance thickness.
Once the sauce is thickened, serve the turkey medallions drizzled with the orange teriyaki sauce.
