Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, chopped pecans, vanilla, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans for coating.
Serve with crackers or fresh fruit slices.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some diced jalapeƱos to the mixture!
