Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Pour the caramel mixture over the popped popcorn and mix thoroughly.
Spread popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until crispy.
Let cool before breaking into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
