Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil water in a large pot, then add the ramen noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until just tender.
In another pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables to the garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
Pour in the broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the broth mixture. Stir well and heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For added protein, consider including cooked chicken, tofu, or shrimp. Serve with a dash of chili oil for a spicy kick!
