Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Mix gently.
Seed and finely chop the jalapenos. Mix into the beef.
Form the beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Brush the grill with olive oil, then cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and close the grill lid.
Once the cheese has melted, place the patties on toasted buns.
Serve hot with your favorite condiments.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding some sriracha or a slice of pickled jalapeno on top.
