Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the sliced bell peppers and scallions to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
Mix in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sriracha. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, top with sesame seeds or crushed peanuts. Adjust sriracha for desired heat level.
