Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until combined.
Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over to make a triangle, and press to seal tightly.
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add wontons in batches and cook for about 4 minutes until they float.
Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
Serve warm, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some chopped red chili peppers to the filling.
