Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Serve hot, and enjoy your sweet and spicy cauliflower!
Notes
For an extra spicy kick, garnish with fresh chili flakes. Pairs well with rice or quinoa!
